About Tina

My goal is to get everyone in their healthiest state: mentally, spiritually, and physically. For the longest time, I was really insecure about my body. All thanks to my supportive circle of friends that I found the motivation to turn my life around and chose to live healthily and lost 20lbs. Yoga helped me find my true self and learned to accept things as they are and love myself more. I created this blog as an act of paying it forward. I would love to help people especially women to appreciate themselves by starting to choose the healthy options life has to offer.
